Celebrate your athlete with our Custom Sports Number plaque.  The number consists of two layers of wood.  The top layer is customized with your athletes name (first or last), school initials , graduation year and sports icon.  The bottom layer is stained wood.

Available in two sizes: 

Small: 11" High x 12" to 14" Wide (width varies with the number)  

Large: 16" High x 18" to 20" Wide (width varies with the number)

Personalization:  Please note the following in the personalization box: Name, school initials, graduating year, number, sport, and school colors.   

Things To Note:  Each number is custom made.  There may be slight variations in wood graining than shown in the images.  

Pickup: Order kits for pickup and boo your friends on your time! Or make your own at home with the family. 

Orders placed by 10/06 will be available for pick up after 10/11. Orders placed between 10/7 & 10/20 will be available for pick up after 10/25. 

Pick up location: We will call you once your project is ready for pick up.  Plaque can be picked up at Hammer and Stain LI located at 15 Main St, Sayville.
